Learn Proven Leadership Development Strategies Aboard a Historic Vessel
You, along with fellow CEOs and C-level execs, will board the historic When and If sailboat built specifically for another great leader, General Patton, in 1939.
Participants will learn the best leadership development techniques from experts. Later, you’ll embark on Patton’s private yacht for hands-on lessons to reinforce the material.
You’ll leave the event prepared to chart the course towards team productivity, enthusiasm, and respect—armed with new knowledge and experience.

Attendees arrive in Key West on Wednesday, March 10, greeted with a Full Sail Leadership welcome party and optional sunset cruise aboard the When and If

We’ll begin formal instruction at The Hilton Garden Inn on Thursday morning, where we’ve reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for the workshop.

- Certified Navigator course: You’ll learn how to become a Full Sail Certified Navigator for leading and facilitating workshops on your boat in your own area.
